Day 1: Baku,

Arrival to Baku. Greeting with professional English speaking guide at the Heydar Aliyev International Airport in Baku and transfer to the hotel. Dinner and overnight in the Hotel.


 Day 2: Baku,


Breakfast at the hotel. Introduction to Baku. Today we will start tour from visit to ancient part of Baku Icheri Sheher – the Old City or Walled City, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Lunch at the local restaurant  Free time. Welcome dinner with a special musical program and local alcoholic beverage. After dinner night walking with observing architecture of the First Oil Boom (18-19 centuries). In the end of excursions visit to Highland Park with the panoramic view of Baku city.


Day 3: Baku – Shemakha (115 km around 2h drive),



Breakfast at the hotel. Route to Shemakhi city. On the route excursion to Diri Baba (Sufism’s Mosoleum), Shemakha Mosque of 19th centure. Arrival to Hotel Shemakhi palace. Lunch and local wines testing. Free time. Dinner in the Hotel. Visit Shemakhi Observatory in order to see the stars.


DAY 4: Shemakha – Sheki (203 km, around 3h drive)  


Breakfast at the hotel. Starting route to Sheki. Tea stop in Ismaylli. Arrival to Sheki. Lunch in the local restaurant. Excursion around Sheki.  The city is located at the crossroads of trade routes and was founded 2500-2600 years ago. Excursion will start Panoramic view of Sheki, Caravansary’s, Khan's palace, Juma mosque and numerous old houses have been preserved throughout the centuries.


Day 5: Sheki – Baku (320 km, around 5h drive)



Breakfast at the hotel. Visit to one of the oldest churches. The church is located in the village of Kish and was founded St. Elisha in 62 AD. On the route Lunch in the local restaurant. Arrival to Baku free time. Dinner in the local restaurant. Overnight in the Hotel in Baku.


Day 6: Baku – Gobustan


Breakfast at the hotel. Visit to Gobustan and the Museum of petroglyphs. During the tour, the guests will be able to see the ancient caves with the unique gallery of rock paintings with scenes of hunting, animal prints, ancient rituals and other images that have been preserved to this day. The Gobustan Rock Art Cultural Landscape is declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Visit to cold mud volcanoes. Visit to the reconstructed mosque of Bibi Heybat on the way back to Baku.

Lunch at a local restaurant.

Visit to the Museum of Carpets. 

Dinner at a local restaurant.



 Day 7: Baku – Absheron Peninsula



Breakfast at the hotel. After the breakfast, a fascinating tour to the Absheron Peninsula, where the guests can visit the ancient Temple of Fire Worshippers (Atashgakh), ancient villages and archaeological and ethnographic museum complex Gala and Mardakan watchtowers, awaits the guests. Lunch at a local restaurant. Upon arrival to Baku, the guests will visit the Heydar Aliyev Cultural Center, designed by the renowned architect Zaha Hadid. Dinner at a local restaurant.


 Day 8: Baku


Transfer to the airport for the departing flight.
